So how does Thoughtz work?
Using Thoughtz to gather customer feedback is both simple and efficient. Once you have registered your business, you can create your tokens using our easy to use Token Management System (TMS). Each token can hold up to 5 questions, which are easily configured within the interface.
Once you have created your new token, you can download the assets to your computer and either print one of our existing brochure layouts, or have your graphic designer use the included files to create something more unique for your business. You can also use your token on your email marketing to get feedback directly from your customers without needing a printed copy.
Customers can then scan your token and give their feedback, allowing you to view the combined results within the TMS system and make informed decisions on improving your business.
