1    Collection of personal information

We may need to collect personal information from or about you from time to time. This information may include your name, email address, postal, office or residential address, telephone number, demographic information, and opinions and information submitted through the Platform.

(a)            operate the Platform;

(b)            if required, communicate with you regarding the Platform; and

(c)            if you have consented to receiving communication (e.g. email) from us through the Platform, for the purpose of that additional communication.

Any personal information that we may have about you will not be used or disclosed for any purpose other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or if (in our reasonable opinion) required to prevent harm to any person or if required by law or lawful authority. We may engage third parties (such as online service providers) to assist us in operating the Platform or dealing with your personal information. Certain features of the Platform may also require, or take advantage of components or services offered by third parties. Due to the nature of the internet, some service providers may be based or operate overseas. We will seek that those third parties also keep your personal information private and confidential.

You may request access to the personal information that we have about you at any time. We will endeavour to provide access to you expeditiously and in a convenient way.

We will not charge you a fee for accessing your personal information. However, we may request that you pay our costs associated with processing your request and copying your information.

If your personal information is not correct or up to date, you may provide us with updated details and we will record these updates expeditiously.
